Born and raised in Dublin Ireland. In 2010 at age 19 I left to travel alone not quite knowing where I was going or what I was doing. I assumed I'd be gone for a year or two and would figure it all out. Little did I know it would take almost 10 years! In that time I've spent around two years each in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and eventually Mexico where fate would finally intervene and I met my partner, Sam. Life flipped upside down, everything changed, and I moved back to Australia permanently.
While traveling I rarely left home without my GoPro, it lived in my backpack that I carried everywhere, just incase. I photographed and video'd everything I saw and did. It captured all the incredible moments of my time away, all the things I can't wait to look back on when I'm 80. I stepped up to drones in mid 2018 and completely fell in love. All of a sudden I was seeing things like I never had before. It was incredible! I got this love of photography from my dad, John. He had instilled in me a huge love for the outdoors, adventure and photography ever since I was a kid. My siblings and I used to relentlessly make fun of him for the never ending slideshow he made us watch every time he summited a mountain - but now I feel like I've turned into him sometimes!
Over the last couple of years I've happily slowed down into more of a relaxed lifestyle in Perth. I now love walking to the beach regularly to fly my drone and see what I can find. I stumbled across my style of photography - or it found me, I had no idea of the beauty and incredible shapes the ocean makes. I'm now excited every morning now to see what I'll discover - and feel like I've found a passion worth chasing.
